I’ve reshaped the public health systems in a Middle Eastern state, invested in companies, and cofounded and helped build the global leader in sustainable period products.

Today, I measure and most value the impact I make at the individual level, which is why I started coaching.

People are what motivate me. I find purpose in supporting high-performing leaders deepen their self-awareness, develop habits and practices that support their growth, and achieve results that help lift themselves and their teams.

I choose to spend 1/3 of my work week as a cofounder and board director @Flex, 1/3 as a coach and advisor to founders, CEOs, and executives, and 1/3 as a dad to a toddler. Weekends are all family and friends.

To my clients I bring experience as operator and as a venture investor, and they often find lessons from failures as insightful as my successes. I earned my coaching certification from New Ventures West, my undergraduate from Georgetown's School of Foreign Service, and an MBA/MPH from Berkeley.

I spend time writing, being in water, and taking neighborhood walks with my dogs and family. I embrace uncertainty and feel that believing in luck, especially the luck of one’s birth lottery, is foundational to a society and self that practices social justice.
