  • 1:1 Coaching

    Awareness -> Practice -> Results. I do not use pre-determined plans or frameworks that I hand off. I ask powerfully, listen and feel deeply, and work with you to define your goals. I support you with love, patience, and guidance to ensure that you get what you work for.

  • Cofounder Coaching

    Relationships are hard. Getting this one right is critical to the success of your company and to the well-being of you and your employees. You get the benefits of 1:1 coaching along with a thoughtful and loving facilitator who will help you see each other compassionately and move forward together, effectively.

  • Team Effectiveness

    I work with leaders and soon-to-be leaders in your organization individually and in groups to support their growth. Teams report improved communication, deepened trust, and self-generative learning. This allows the impact to accrue even after we stop working together.

  • Trainings, Offsites, & Workshops

    I work in dedicated “sprints” to support leaders and organizations for time-bound and specific events or skills development. These include: culture defining and culture building offsites, articulating company values, and communication skills including Feedback, Non-Violent Communication, and Having Difficult Conversations.

  • Advisory & Boards

    Exceptional founders or CEOs sometimes ask me to take an advisory or board position, with compensation through cash and/or equity. I support them through fundraising, growth, and especially challenges, like layoffs. I provide operational guidance, and I’m in the trenches with them.

  • Compensation

    I work by monthly retainer and tend to have six month+ commitments. In rare instances, some founders choose to grant a combination of cash and equity. While I typically do not do discounted or pro-bono work, I do keep one rotating spot open for clients with exceptional need. Get in touch for details.
